What are your rates?

$30 per night per dog, and $25 for the second dog from the same family if they share a kennel.

$24 for one day of daycare per dog. Daycare is included in overnight stays, at no extra charge, except for on the day of dropoff.

​

For boarding, if you drop off during our morning hours, and pickup during afternoon hours, we do charge for one day of daycare.

​

Play time is included at no extra cost to you.

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located on Nowthen Blvd, just south of 181st Street in Ramsey. Our address is 17860 Nowthen Blvd, Ramsey, MN 55303. We are just 10 minutes from Elk River, and 10 minutes from Anoka.

What are your hours for drop off and pick up of my dog?

Our hours are:

Mon - Fri 6:30 to 9 am and 3 to 7 pm

Saturday 8-9 am

Sunday 3-7 pm

We do not offer daycare on the weekends.

What should I bring?

Bring food for your dog, and any blanket or toys that will make them feel comfortable.

Do you have a bed for my dog or should I bring one?

We have raised beds available for each dog, so there is no need to bring your dog's bed.

​

What vaccinations are required?

DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella (kennel cough)

​

My dog has been sick. Can I still bring him to board overnight or for daycare?

If your dog has a contagious illness/condition, we ask that your dog be symptom free for a minimum of 10 days before you bring him to board overnight or for daycare.

Do I need to show proof of vaccinations?

Yes. Please bring a copy of the vaccination record, or email to us at contact@happydogcaremn.com.​

What will my dog do all day?

Your dog will have playtime in the morning, then have rest time/naptime in their own private kennel inside. The dogs then play again in the afternoon, and are outside once more before bed. Dogs are supervised when they are out of their private kennel.

What size kennel will my dog be staying in?

We have kennels ranging in size from 5 ft x 10 ft, 8 ft x 4 ft, and 5 ft x 5 ft.

Are you open on holidays?

We are not open for daycare, boarding dropoff, or boarding pickup on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or the 4th of July. We are caring for the dogs during those days but we ask that you pickup/dropoff the day before or after.

Can you send me pictures of my dog while he is staying at Happy Dogs?

       Sorry, we no longer do that! You can text 763-291-6933 and we will let you know how         your dog is doing, but we can not guarantee pictures!

I'd like to visit and see the facility before dropping my dog off, can I do that?
